• All monks arriving at the Samadhi Buddhist Meditation Center must complete this form and hand it over to the resident monk or the office manager at the time.

• Samadhi Buddhist Center is a vegetarian place. Meet, fish and eggs will not be allowed in the center and all monks must strictly follow this guideline.

• Any monk who is staying more than two nights must have a written permission from the head monk and the spiritual director Bhante Wimala.

• All the monks, visiting and resident monks must attend morning and evening meditation at the Vihara. The morning meditation at 6am and evening meditation at 6pm.
