Bhante Wimala delivered a Dhamma talk and led a discussion with the Sri Lankan Embassy staff and members of the Sri Lankan community in Manila, Philippines. The event was held at the residence of Mrs. HMGRRK Wijeratne Mendis, Charge d’ Affaires of Sri Lankan embassy in Manila.
