Bhante gave sermons during two Sunday services and led a three-hour seminar for the congregants of the Unity Church of Stuart in Stuart, FL, in June 2012.

Bhante read his New Year Message to students and friends of the Nairobi Buddhist Temple on January 9, 2011. After his students requested that Bhante elaborate on the message, he spoke from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the benefits of compassion and how to apply compassion in daily life.
